Entre Latinas

This study examines the challenges faced by Latina women leaders in Northwest Arkansas, including language, accessibility, and technology barriers.

I conducted an extensive investigation that included both primary and secondary research methods. I interviewed Latina women leaders to gather insights and validate the proposed solutions. My goal is to create an inclusive online program that integrates user-friendly guides into an accessible learning platform. These guides are tailored to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of immigrant women and cover topics such as branding and business strategies. Within this platform, each user is paired with a mentor through an initiative designed to promote understanding and provide support.
